Optimizing Contract Management in Public Procurement Organizations

Surveys show that the management of public procurement contracts needs to be optimized in order to save costs and capture the anticipated savings.  Surveys also show that public procurement organizations can generate savings of more than 2 % on their contract budget if they implement best practice contract management

In this presentation, the results of the different surveys will be presented, and how this should affect Contract Management in the Nordic Regions as well as in other regions of the world.

The presentation will finally address some of the "best practices" good advices that every public procurement organization should carefully consider before planning and investing in Contract Management systems.
